It is the Church tossed on the sea of disbelief, worldliness, and persecution but finally reaching safe harbor with its cargo of human souls. Note the fishing net (Mk 1:17 “I’ll make you fishers of men”) and the anchor (Heb.6:19 “We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain”)
